Elon Musk's Starlink banned or excuse?

If someone needs to demand a particular revolution in our country of course there are rules and that made us deemed to excavate on the provided path. The same case may happen in this particular scenario!
The statement by DoT (Department of Telecom) shots a blow to billionaire Elon Musk's SpaceX satellite broadband arm Starlink to access India's leading telecommunication broadband networks and indirectly banned further procedures to deploy in India.
But according to SpaceX's Starlink, 5000+ uplinks are already in pre-release and registered in Indian Telecom Satellite. Many people are already hyped of SpaceX Starlink new access all over India with competition to many other communication uplinks such as Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, etc.
Due to which Govt. already advised the public not to subscribe to this communication network until licenced services are advertised. The DoT also sked StarLink to comply with all regulations and deep framework up to registering new network in direction of Dot statement. The DoT also made it clear, "get the license before offering satellite-based network"

Starlink country director of India Sanjay Bhargava already posted on social media about the benefits of Starlink and is keen to access cheap satellite networks all over the world. The setup costs around 500$ which are about 37k Indian rupees plus for a monthly subscription to gain access is around 7k Indian rupees for now which is far more expensive than any Indian broadband services provided cheap in India.56

the real deal is it's not the only country to halt further processing of the new network. For instance, Russia's legislative body, the state Duma has passed d=fines for the individuals and the tech companies in the country that uses western-based satellite internet services. the proposed law seeks to prevent not only accessing the internet employing SpaceX's Starlink service but also funded for the same if caught in use of pre-releasing orders of the body in addition to One Web or other non-running satellites constellation under development. Russian law body has a fine range from 10,000 to 30,000 Rubles which is around 11 Lakh Indian rupees for using the Starlink subscription.
Yet another Russian security services objective is that the internet operated by foreign satellite networks would be immune and weak for surveillance under Russian's system of operational search measures legislature (SORM). For some these terrestrial satellites hoving around founds to be alarming which were instead by the US govt. as proved another cyber attack powerful and a boon to their country. In my opinion, this is a next-level strategy.
SpaceX has almost singlehandedly demolished Russia's space industry. Between 2011 when the shuttle fleet was grounded, NASA paid hundreds of millions of dollars a year for rides and cargo launches to the ISS- about half a billion dollars just between 2015-2017 alone. After the shuttle was grounded, it hiked its fees almost 500% in the current year.

So far SpaceX has launched around 900 working satellites since Jan 10 which was counted as the biggest blasting 173 satellites in the low-end orbit and up to 43k uplinks for Starlink satellite alone. Enormously impacting the global communication network and working for more drivable sides of new technology, this can be a humongous jump in telecommunication and data-drove usable networks all around the world. the cons of which can be also related to space junk and the new dump yard around 70 thousand miles above us.

The mission may be yet started but every new project also has to undergo minor setbacks which can be pointed here. Many more takeovers to the world driven data and economy of certain countries are whitewashed and impaling new tech around us feels rejuvenating but priceless. SpaceX may dream to cover up all their ideas in every govt. body but summarising up doesn't always cover the whole idea of being the one. This may be the reason why Russia indirectly "banned" Starlink from accessing their network hovering for cheap and reliant monitored services. India has not banned Starlink! welcoming in India, incandescence torment of their ideas denying some aspects may be the licence which demands on future notice.
